Sagging runs and full gutters
A gutter that sags lets water pool in the low spot and spill over. The cause is hangers spaced too far apart or hangers that have let go of the fascia, and resetting them, with more added, is the fix.
Cleaning is done by hand. The downspouts are flushed so water runs through them, and the debris leaves with us.
When you call, say whether the sag is in one spot or along the whole side, and whether water spills over in every rain. One spot is a hanger repair; a whole side may be a slope reset.

A fan is fitted in an exterior doorway and holds the house at the test pressure while the leakage is measured. In Climate Zone 2, which covers Callaway, the Florida energy code limit is 7 air changes per hour at 50 pascals. The test can be done any time after every opening through the shell has been made, so it does not wait for paint or flooring.
