Fixed or adjustable
Fixed shelving or an adjustable shelf-and-rail system
Both are wire shelving. Fixed shelving sits at one height for good. An adjustable system puts upright rails on the wall, and brackets hook into the rails to carry each shelf. Moving a shelf means lifting its brackets out and hooking them in higher or lower, with no new shelving needed.
The choice is made room by room, and one house can have both. Say which rooms you want adjustable when you ask for the quote.
