Newly built homes in Florida are tested for air leakage under the energy code. Walton County is in Climate Zone 2, where the limit is 7 air changes per hour at 50 pascals. A house over the limit has its leaks corrected and is tested again, so a first test booked well ahead of your deadline leaves room for a second one.

New gutters are seamless runs formed on site to the length of each roof edge, in our 6-inch standard size. A long side of the house has no seams along its length, and joints sit only at the corners and at the outlets.

Downspout spots

A shelf and rod in each reach-in closet, and pantry shelf levels set for what will be stored there.
